1.電(dian)熔銜接
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熔(rong)銜接一(yi)般用在受安(an)裝部(bu)位約束、無(wu)法施行熱(re)(re)(re)熔(rong)銜接的(de)處(chu)所(suo)。相同的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)塑性管道銜接時,插入特(te)制(zhi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熔(rong)管件,由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熔(rong)銜接機具向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熔(rong)管件通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),依托電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熔(rong)管件內(nei)部(bu)預先埋設的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻絲發生所(suo)需求的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量進行熔(rong)接,冷卻后管道與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熔(rong)管件連成為一(yi)個(ge)全體。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熔(rong)銜接的(de)特(te)點是銜接便利、疾速、接頭質量好(hao)、外界要素攪擾小 [1] 。
2.承插式熱熔銜接
為進(jin)步承插(cha)銜接的運用(yong)壓力,也可采(cai)用(yong)在承插(cha)部(bu)位(wei)加套管(guan),承插(cha)式熱熔銜接是將(jiang)管(guan)材(cai)插(cha)入端和承插(cha)端別(bie)離加熱變軟后(hou)(hou),敏(min)捷刺進(jin),冷卻后(hou)(hou)即可達到(dao)對比結實(shi)的聯系。
3.直接(jie)熱(re)熔銜接(jie):將管材管件銜接(jie)部(bu)位加(jia)熱(re),直接(jie)對其進行熱(re)熔銜接(jie)。
